We are looking for a proactive Client Success and Relationship Manager to build solid relationships with our clients, ensuring long term retention. Job Responsibility
- Develop and maintain long term relationships with clients.
- Function as a key resource for client contact, needs assessment and issue resolution sense of Responsibility
- Track client satisfaction and roll out programs with an aim to increase customer experience.
- Allows you to identify upselling and cross selling which can help increase profits in business.
- Work with internal departments to streamline service.
- Regular check-ins and performance reviews with clients to assess progress, any changes or concerns
- Serve as a strategic counsel to clients and provide recommendations on how to meet their objectives.

Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
- Interpersonal skills and Communication.
- Strong client relationship management and resolution skills.

Experience Requirement
- In charge of making clients successful minimum 3 years experience in client success, account management or customer service is mandatory in client relationship manager jobs.
- Demonstrable experience in client services and driving revenue.
- Proficient in recognizing upsell opportunities and client engagement.
