    We are looking for a proactive Client Success and Relationship Manager to build solid relationships with our clients, ensuring long term retention. Client Relationship Manager job description includes that an ideal candidate will serve as the primary liaison with clients, identifying and meeting their needs; troubleshooting to resolve issues while uncovering opportunities for upselling/cross selling, further partnership integration all partnering to drive business growth.

  • Job Responsibility

    • Develop and maintain long term relationships with clients.

    • Track client satisfaction and roll out programs with an aim to increase customer experience.

  • Eligibility

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
    • Interpersonal skills and Communication.
    • Strong client relationship management and resolution skills.

  • Experience Requirement

    • In charge of making clients successful minimum 3 years experience in client success, account management or customer service is mandatory in client relationship manager jobs.
    • Demonstrable experience in client services and driving revenue.
    • Proficient in recognizing upsell opportunities and client engagement.
