- Track competitive and environmental trends to identify opportunities, threats in the e-commerce landscape.
- Deliver excellent customer service while responding to inquiries, resolving issues and ensuring high levels of consumer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on e-commerce technologies and best practices to continuously enhance the online shopping experience.

Eligibility
- Bachelor’s in Marketing or Business Administration or similar is necessary in ecommerce manager jobs.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms and digital marketing strategies.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience Requirement
- At least 3 years of experience as e-commerce management or related positions is required in ecommerce specialist jobs.
- Demonstrated experience in online sales and e-commerce performance optimization.
- A good understanding of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce or Magento) as well and analytical tools like Google Analytics & SEMrush
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
