Job Context
We are currently looking for a dedicated Email Marketing Specialist with a background in marketing. The perfect candidate would bring in ideas, strategies, and best practices in generating effective and properly timed emails that will be used to promote leads, convert customers, and so on. To nurture such audiences, you will integrate and use marketing automation platforms like Mailchimp, Hubspot or even similar tools to further segment the audiences, personalize content and to track often mail marketing campaigns for better performance.

Job Responsibility
- Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to engage customers and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
- Use marketing automation tools such as Mailchimp, HubSpot to subdivide the audience and share content.
- Choose appealing colors and formats of the templates and use responsive designs that are compatible with mobile devices to support brand messages.
- Track and examine metrics that relate to campaign success, such as, Open Rate, Click Through Rates and Conversions in order to fine tweak future campaigns.
- Consider using A/B samples to check which of the means of e-mailing gains the higher interaction rate.
- Engage with people who write the content if any and the graphic designers in order to have an appealing email marketing strategy.
- The next objectives are to maintain the list and expand it through lead generation activities.
- It is good to check on some fundamental rules in email marketing and regulatory rules like GDPR and CAN-SPAM.
- Prepare clear & comprehensive reports on how the campaign was run openly and offer ideas on how others can be run better.

Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is required to apply for Email Campaign Manager.
- Experience in email marketing tools like Mailchimp, Hubspot and any other similar tool is needed for email marketing jobs.
- Wide understanding of the email marketing techniques, segmentation, and automation.
- It is essential if a candidate is able to design the email templates with HTML/CSS, it is an added advantage.
- Decision making capacity and the capability to assess data to present the best results.

Experience Requirement
- Prior experience of at least 2+ years in any one or a combination of areas including: email marketing, campaigns, and marketing automation is needed for email campaign and automation expert jobs.
- Proven track record of positive results in email campaign endeavors.
- Knowledge of Marketing Automation and CRM systems (for instance Salesforce, Hubspot) is an asset.
- Knowledge of the concepts of A/B testing, list segmentation and personalization.
