    We are looking to hire a good Freelance Bidding and Contracts Specialist who is experienced at bidding for projects on Upwork, Fiverr or any other medium.   • Job Responsibility

    • Place competitive and optimized bids on freelance platforms for software development, design and technical projects.
    • Write convincing bid proposals that meet client needs and project specifications.
    • Keep track of how your bids are performing and get tips for success.
    • Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients to bring in repeat business.
    • Stay up-to-date with freelance platform policies, trends, and competitive landscape.
    • Manage multiple bids and contracts simultaneously to maximize project opportunities.
    • Work with internal teams on assessing project capabilities and ensure that bids are in line with service offerings.

  • Eligibility

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent is required in bid specialist jobs.
    • High level expertise with freelance platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer etc).
    • Ability to write and communicate strongly when creating persuasive bid proposals.

  • Experience Requirement

    • At least two years experience in Freelance Bidding & Contract Management is necessary in contract jobs.
    • Experience in acquiring projects and improving the bids for software development, technical services.
    • Proven track record of repeat clients gained from freelancer platforms.
