    A full time role responsible for the end to end employee relations architecture which includes Recruitment, On boarding/Integration as well as Performance Management. Your duties include managing performance management, conflict resolution, employee engagement benefits administration and recruitment in addition to organizational planning. Your efforts will go a long way in ensuring an optimum work environment on one side of the spectrum and ensuring adherence to labor laws at another promoting employee welfare.

  • Job Responsibility

    • Supervise Employee Relations including Performance management, conflict resolution and disciplinary action.
    • Promote morale and productivity by organizing employee engagement initiatives.
    • Handle benefits administration to ensure that employees know and use their benefits.
    • Direct the development and implementation of recruitment approaches which renders top talent.
    • Abide by labor laws and regulations
    • Partner with Associate Relations to facilitate workforce development, and succession planning.
    • Serve as a bridge between staff members and management to mediate workplace issues, such as communication concerns.

  • Eligibility

    • Bachelor degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or related field is required in HR manager jobs.
    • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and employee relations.
    • Strong interpersonal, leadership and communication skills play an important part in human resources manager jobs.

  • Experience Requirement

    • At least 3 years of experience in employee relations and engagement, specific to human resources is necessary in HR manager jobs.
    • Benefits administration, recruitment and HR compliance experience
    • Experience with designing and implementing employee engagement strategies is mandatory in human resource management jobs.
