Job Context
We are Looking for a dedicated, results-driven lead generation specialist professional who is interested in selling our products/services through remote channels (phone or online). In this position, you will generate leads, build lasting relationships with customers and make sales according to the client requirements by tailor made solutions.

Job Responsibility
- Source new sales opportunities through outbound calls and emails via both warm leads as well as cold calling.
- Maintain relationships with potential and existing customers to create sales opportunities.
- Figure out what customers need and providing solutions that effectively meet those needs
- Monitor leads through the sales cycle and follow-up and secure conversion on time.
- Work with marketing teams to improve leads generation campaigns and outreach efforts.
- Achieve and exceed sales goals.
- Keep accurate records of discussions or correspondence with buyers, and sales reports in CRM.

Eligibility
- Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing or other related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are needed in sales specialist duties.
- Can establish a good relationship with clients remotely.

Experience Requirement
- Experience of 2 years in inside sales or lead generation is required in lead generation jobs.
- Documented sales results and targets met or exceeded.
- Prior experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus inside sales and lead generation specialist jobs.
