We are searching for an experienced Sales Team Lead & Performance Manager to manage our sales team and drive revenue performance in excess of targets. Job Responsibility
- Direct and lead the sales team to achieve performance goals; with objectives of generating revenue.
- Create and enforce good lead sales strategies to expand the product.
- Create performance targets and track each team member against those goals on a regular basis.
- Run sales training programs to improve team skills and expertise.
- Track and analyze sales performance data to recognize areas for development.
- Coordinate efforts with marketing and other relevant departments to align sales strategies with company objectives
- Give regular, constructive feedback to team members so that you can help them perform at their best.
- Prepare routine reports on sales performance and present findings to senior management.

Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related.
- Excellent people management, leadership skills are required in sales team leader duties.
- Strong in communication and motivation.

Experience Requirement
- At least 5 years experience in sales and with a successful track record of a leadership role is necessary in sales performance manager jobs.
- Relevant experience of setting sales targets and creating training programs.
- Solid knowledge of performance measurement and analytics.
