We are currently recruiting for a Social Media Manager and Engagement Specialist, Social Media Management Jobs in Pakistan. The perfect fit will be tasked with generating and implementing broad social media marketing strategies that reflect our client’s needs. This position is very much about building brand recognition, engaging more people, and expanding an influencer base across Facebook, Instagram, Linked In and Twitter. You will base it on the analytics to watch trends and realign strategies for the best performances.

Job Responsibility
- Enhance, execute, and monitor use of social networking sites in order to meet the aims of the enterprise.
- From basic bio information, posts, sharing, and hashtags to campaigns, content, and social media handler for posts that increase brand reputation.
- This includes sharing content with the marketing, design, content department, and developing a unique brand image for each of the social networks.
- Keep updated about the developments in social media, the audience and competition, in order to enhance such tactics.
- Engagement tools should be employed to post with specific dates, monitor interactions and measure the overall success standards.
- A challenge is to effectively interact with the followers, the comment section, and generally encourage the creation of a brand community.
- Create paid social media ads and improve the performance of the ads.
- Produce an accurate report with preferred social media indicators and trends for the management on a monthly basis.
- Keep current on trends across what you’re doing and using, as well as other platforms and technologies in social media marketing.

Eligibility
- Marketing or communications or any other related bachelor’s degree is required in remote social media manager jobs.
- Proficiency in major output platforms and peculiarities of their functioning (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) is required to be eligible for social media jobs.
- Demonstrated experience of development and execution of an effective social media plan is required in social media marketing jobs.
- Needed advanced knowledge of such tools as Hootsuite, Buffer, etc, and analytics platforms, which are used today in social media management.
- Strong writing and presentation skills, a good sense of organization and creativity are required in social media manager jobs.

Experience Requirement
- Minimum 3+ years prior experience in social media management/ digital marketing.
- Paid social media strategy and content creation experience.
- Opportunity to understand the quantitative and qualitative aspects of a specific niche and apply the obtained information to improve performance.
- Previous work with design and video departments to enhance work and produce engaging visuals is required in remote social media manager jobs.
