    We seek an experienced Talent Acquisition and Recruitment Manager to manage the entire recruiting lifecycle from job advertising to onboarding. As a talent acquisition specialist, you will be tasked with the responsibility of attracting outstanding employees, guiding them through your hiring process and partnering with department heads to fill our company's roster.

  • Job Responsibility

    • Manage The Full Cycle Recruitment From Posting Job Ads To Hiring On Board.
    • Create and roll out recruitment strategies to gain access to top people.
    • Work with department heads to conduct a staff analysis and based on this determine recruitment needs.
    • Advertising a job across multiple platforms and conducting initial screening.
    • Make sure your hiring process is a good experience for the candidates.
    • Monitor and compile recruitment metrics for better hiring efficiency Provide analysis on trackers to enhance the quality of hire.
    • Keep tabs on trends and best practices of recruitment for smarter hiring strategies.

  • Eligibility

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field is required in recruitment and talent acquisition.
    • In-depth knowledge of best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
    • Written Communication and organizational skills needed in entry level talent acquisition jobs​.

  • Experience Requirement

    • 3+ years experience required in a talent acquisition or recruiting manager position for Talent Acquisition Specialist jobs.
    • Demonstrated ability hiring and bringing onboard top talent.
    • History of recruitment across multiple departments or roles at the same time.
